• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the phbeth Platform for any reason.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. phbeth reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if eligibility requirements are not met.

To access the full features of the phbeth Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by phbeth for identity verification purposes.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) phbeth account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. If phbeth discovers that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals may be cancelled, and bonus winnings may be forfeited.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify phbeth immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. phbeth will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Account Verification (KYC): phbeth may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

All financial transactions on the phbeth Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phbeth supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Philippine players:

• Bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank)

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may take up to five (5) business days to process, depending on the payment method selected. phbeth reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

Anti-Money Laundering: phbeth complies with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. phbeth may report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.

phbeth may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only, as determined by phbeth at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, expiry dates, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to each bonus will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.

• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

All games available on the phbeth Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

phbeth uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed on screen.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on phbeth's servers, the server record shall be the definitive and binding result. phbeth's decision on all game-related disputes is final.

phbeth reserves the right to void bets or game results where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome of a game. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phbeth Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to phbeth immediately.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or the experience of other players.

All content on the phbeth Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements, is the intellectual property of phbeth or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phbeth.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phbeth, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

phbeth does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

phbeth's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phbeth account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phbeth is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we provide the following tools to help players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable investigation.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the phbeth Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to phbeth's internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit complaints to [email protected]. phbeth will endeavor to resolve all complaints within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through phbeth's internal process, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism where applicable.
